For years, I worked within traditional behavioral health systems where therapists often hide parts of themselves behind professional masks. While this structure provided safety and credibility, it limited the depth of healing and freedom I—and my clients—longed for. I wanted something more real, more embodied, more expansive.
My own journey—from silencing my intuition and dimming my light to embracing radical authenticity, joy, and sovereignty—inspired the creation of the Pink Flame Lifestyle. This integrated approach weaves together clinical counseling, relational therapy, trauma-informed coaching, Tibetan Buddhist Tantra wisdom, and intuitive support for polyamory and ethical non-monogamy.
True healing, I believe, isn’t just about releasing pain; it’s about expanding your heart into sacred space where love flows freely. It’s about living fully—authentic, connected, and free.
I am deeply passionate about empowering individuals and couples through life’s most challenging transitions. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in Colorado, my practice is grounded in a strength-based, trauma-informed approach that prioritizes emotional connection, personal growth, and abundant love.
My clinical expertise spans nearly a decade of work in crisis rooms, emergency departments, shelters, outpatient therapy, and private practice. I have held leadership roles as a team lead, clinical program manager, and administrative supervisor — experiences that sharpened my ability to design effective, compassionate care systems.
I am trained in evidence-based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Additionally, I have advanced training in suicide prevention (CAMS) and clinical supervision for MFTC and LPCC candidates. My clinical supervision also extends to addiction counselors pursuing CAT, CAS, and LAC certifications.
Currently, I am completing advanced training in Authentic Tantra®, a trauma-informed holistic healing modality rooted in Tibetan Buddhist Tantra traditions — a path I will begin offering specialized sessions in 2026.
Healing is not one-size-fits-all. It requires honoring your unique pace, your lived experience, and your whole self — mind, body, heart, and spirit. I create space where you are seen as the expert of your own life.
In my work, I blend clinical rigor with somatic healing, relational coaching, and spiritual embodiment practices. The Pink Flame framework guides this integration: balancing Authenticity, Compassion, Belonging, and Freedom through daily practices focused on mind, body, heart, and spirit.
I believe in liberation through connection — cultivating relationships that multiply joy rather than demand sacrifice. My coaching and therapy are designed to help you reclaim safety, build boundaries with care, awaken desire without shame, and live radiantly.
I am dedicated to building a practice that welcomes people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, cultural backgrounds, and life experiences. Anti-racism is central to my work — reflected in how I recruit clients, develop curriculum, and engage community partnerships.
