Traditional Relationship
Growing up in a loving, traditional family in Colorado taught me the importance of compassion and responsibility. College in Oklahoma opened my mind and heart. The challenges of traditional complementarian marriage led me to explore my identity and values.
Behavioral Health Professional
My formal training as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Addiction Counselor allowed me to work with UCHealth, SummitStone Health Partners, Larimer County Community Corrections, Colorado 8th Judicial District, and Colorado Problem Solving Courts. My decade of experience equipped me to foster my connection to mind and body with Western and Eastern practices.
Vibrant Vixen
My divorce at 30 allowed me to venture into thrilling realms of dating that honor my growth and empowerment. This journey is a vibrant tapestry without a final destination—just continuous evolution. From intentional singleness to polyamory, each experience has deepened my understanding of love and connection.

I am a passionate behavioral health provider with nearly a decade of experience dedicated to empowering individuals and couples through life’s challenges. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Addiction Counselor in Colorado, my practice is grounded in a strength-based, human-centered approach that prioritizes emotional connection, personal growth, and abundant love.

I specialize in guiding clients through significant life transitions, religious and institutional trauma, self-esteem issues, divorce, and the complexities of polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous (ENM) relationships. My extensive experience includes working with diverse relational dynamics such as polyamory, swinging, kink-positive environments, and open relationships.
